About the Delmarva Shorebirds:
The Delmarva Shorebirds are a Minor League Baseball team based in Salisbury, Maryland. They are the Single-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The Shorebirds are more than just a baseball team; they are a cornerstone of the local community. From exciting theme nights and youth programs to community outreach events, the Shorebirds show up and show out. The Shorebirds were founded in 1996, and many players who have worn a Shorebirds jersey have gone to play in the major leagues, making every game a chance to see the stars of tomorrow.
Shorebirds Mission:
The Shorebirds are dedicated to providing affordable, family-friendly entertainment while also developing future Major League talent as a Single-A team. Their mission is too focus on player development, community impact and fan experience.
